We have built a governance protocol modeled on Acts 2–4 — local church trusts governed by qualified elders, consolidated through the PLETHOS network, with a kill-switch protocol that returns full authority to churches when the beast system activates. Each TREELINK farm is a church plant; each church plant is a PLETHOS node.
